FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method and press, which enables to produce solid object as integral part on basis of two parts. This article consists of first part, for example skirt, of second part, for example hinged cap and of third part, for example, dosing head, besides, third part is additionally cast on other two. Press comprises two parallel, but shifted rotating mold holders (110, 210), each of which there is die mold (120, 220) has two parts (121, 122, 221, 222). Each part can be applied by means of rotation or at top or bottom so that located at top part (121) of first mold has appeared opposite to part (222) of second mould located at bottom. First parts inserted into mold in first zone, called zone (Z1) of insert. Parallel second parts added to second zone, called zone (Z2) of introduction. In third zone (Z3), designated as common area, additionally cast third part on first and second parts arranged in area of insert. In injection zone they are located close to each other in common area in which they will be in finished article. After stabilisation and partial cooling mold is opened, holders are turned so that ready items are in second part of mould, which is located at top. At that, first parts are located in second part of mould, which is located at bottom, and second part are part of first mold, which is located at top.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using method and press according to inventions, consists in reduction of costs of solid parts made separately and connected to common part by additional casting.
