FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: automatic station includes a dough mixer, emulsifier, water dispensers and flour, an intermediate container for the test trucks for moving components and mixtures thereof. Dosing station comprises a supply of the dry components in the additional intermediate mixer configured as a sealed evacuated cylindrical tank with an agitator and a conical bottom portion. Dispensers are also provided with a supply tank for liquid components to supply them emulsifier. Emulsifier and mixing machine in the form of sealed evacuated cylinder with an oblique base, each of which is fitted with a rotary agitator motors. Transport is in the form of the transport system, consisting of a vacuum pump with receiver, vacuum lines and product with controlled from the control valve to connect the receiver to the mixer intermediate bulk ingredients, kneading machine and the intermediate container for the test. All containers, feeders, hoppers, mixers, emulsifier and mixing machine equipped with sensors to communicate with the control unit.
EFFECT: invention provides an orderly distribution of the starting components in the final mixture.
