FIELD: radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used in radio transmitting devices. Sinusoidal signal frequency multiplier comprises a source of a sinusoidal signal, input transformer, two transistors, two resistors, power source, load in form of a resistor, two chokes, wherein power source through one choke is connected to connection point of emitter of first transistor and base of second and through other choke, respectively, to connection point of emitter of second transistor and base of first transistor, which provides a maximum amplitude of collector currents of both transistors alternately each half period of a sinusoidal source signal source flowing through load.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing amplitude of current on load.
