FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coated glass substrate and can be used in insulating sunscreening window glass units and vehicle windows. Glass substrate is coated with a dielectric layer, a lower contact layer, at least one infrared (IR) radiation reflecting layer of material such as silver, as well as a top contact layer containing nickel and titanium oxide, in which content of metals in said layer is 10-30 % Ni and 70-90 % Ti. When layer containing nickel-titanium oxide is provided directly above and/or under infrared radiation reflecting layer (for example, as a barrier layer), this can lead to improved chemical and mechanical resistance (durability).
EFFECT: thus, transmission of visible light can be optionally improved without deterioration of durability, or durability can be easily improved.
