SUBSTANCE: composition for treatment of bottomhole formation zone that includes Trilon B, alkali metal hydroxide and water contains surfactant additionally and is received by preparing a commodity form - a concentrate that includes dilution of 3.1 wt % of alkali metal hydroxide in 46 wt % of water, adding while stirring of 23.0 wt % of Trilon B, heating up to 60°C, adding while stirring of the remained part of Trilon B and further adding of the remained part of alkali metal hydroxide and 3 wt % of surfactant with further dilution of the above concentrate with water in the ratio of 1:0.6-111 at the following ratio of concentrate elements, wt %: Trilon B 45.0, alkali metal hydroxide 6.0, surfactant 3.0, water - the remaining share.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the composition due to added surfactant thus improving water-wetting of destroyable clay coating that contains barium compounds, its transition into movable state due to reduced interfacial tension and wedging effect, which allows reduced adhesion of drilling fluid with reservoir rock, its dispersion and transition into movable state thus promoting further extraction from the bottomhole zone and its treatment.
