FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil production, in particular to compositions for carrying out a physicochemical treatment during the operation and development of wells, and can be used to intensify the flow of oil from the reservoir due to chemical exposure, including dissolving and dispersing the carbonate and/or terrigenous component of the rock, destruction and dispersion of clay and polymer clay components, barite weighting agent, clogging the wellbore zone of the reservoir – WZR. Composition for the chemical treatment of the wellbore zone of the reservoir, including complexone, alkali metal hydroxide, additive and water, additionally contains isopropyl alcohol or bottom residues from production of butyl alcohols, as complexone – Trilon-B or hydroxyethylene diphosphonic acid – HEDPA, as an alkali metal hydroxide – sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, as an additive – TH-MS-2 or Surfasol in the following ratio, wt. %: Trilon-B or HEDPA 5.0–10.0, sodium hydroxide 2.5–5.0, potassium hydroxide 2.5–5.0, TH-MS-2 or Surfasol 3.5–5.0, isopropyl alcohol or bottom residues from production of butyl alcohols 3.0–5.0, the rest is water.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency and processability of chemical processing of the WZR, increasing the efficiency of dispersion of polymer-clayey, reinforced by barite particles of the filter cake formed in the pore space of the WZR, prevention of secondary sedimentation of clogging substances in the pore space of the reservoir, increasing the efficiency of chemical action on the reservoir.
