Rocket-artillery anti-aircraft installation consists of fixed platform arranged on support plate jacks, two starting units with missiles fitted on guides, bracket, rotating part with operator's seat, operator electronic unit with monitor, operator's command panel, control panel and display equipment unit with drive control unit, power amplifiers, digital computer system, power distribution unit and storage batteries, swinging part with base in form of cradle with two surface-to-air machines with cartridge boxes, optical sighting devices, optical-electronic unit with laser range-finder, thermal imaging camera and video camera.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, increased range of air target hitting, speed and accuracy of guidance of rocket-artillery AA unit.
