SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used for integrated power supply individual consumers. Wind turbine contains wind wheel connected to a generator, and a control unit. Wind wheel connected by a mechanical transmission with the shaft of the generator. Control unit supports the propeller speed equal to half the idling speed propeller, by connecting it to the anemometer and wind wheel speed sensor. Installation provided with additional electrical load, which is a heating element.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at maximum utilization of the energy of the wind flow.
