FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind turbine plant contains a wind wheel, connected by means of a shaft with a multiplying gear, the output shaft of which is connected to the overrunning clutch, connected with the cage asynchronous motor, which is electrically connected to the battery of starting capacitors, voltage transformers, the diode bridge, a control unit, electrically connected to the battery unit. The wind turbine plant is additionally equipped with the electromechanical battery with alternating power capacity, the electromechanical battery control system and the electromagnetic slip coupling. The windings of the electromechanical battery with alternating power capacity are wound on the stator, rigidly mounted to the wind turbine plant frame. The rotor is made of non-magnetic material, to which the ferromagnetic inserts are fixed from the inner side, and from the outer side of the inertia flywheel semi-ring, which is connected to the cage asynchronous motor by means of the electromagnetic slip coupling with ability to transmit the necessary amount of torque from the electromechanical battery with alternating power capacity to the rotor of cage asynchronous motor.
EFFECT: simplification of the maintenance and repair of the elements, increase of the wind flow utilisation rate at different wind speeds by refusal of the double power conversion.
