FIELD: treatment plant.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for microwave processing of materials and can be used for disinfection of precipitation generated by industrial, household and agricultural wastewater. Installation of microwave processing of sewage sludge contains at least one microwave generator 1, camera sludge 2, casing installation 3, load gateways 4 and discharge gateways 5, made in the form of tunnels, closed and opened by shutter 6, conveyor belt 7 and means of giving load-carrying belt 8 of conveyor 7 a concave shape in the areas of load and unload gateway 4 and 5 of treatment chamber 2. Dampers 6 are made of an elastic material which absorbs microwave energy. Camera sludge 2 is formed from the bottom by load-carrying belt 8 of conveyor 7 with a concave bottom, and the top metal cover attached to housing system 3. Microwave generators are mounted on one outer side of the metal casing, with its inner side to microwave generator 1 coupled waveguide antenna feeds directed towards load-bearing belt 8 of conveyor 7. Load gateway 4 includes a hopper for placing sludge prepared for treatment and a removable gate that regulates the height of the sludge on the load-carrying belt 8 of conveyor 7. Discharging gateway 5 is designed as a metallic housing adjacent to sludge chamber 2 and fixed to unit casing 3.

EFFECT: invention allows continuous processing of such materials that are prone to spreading as sewage sludge dewatered to a moisture content of 60-90 %, while ensuring safety of the surrounding space from the microwave radiation.
