FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and analytical instrument making and can be used in process control systems. Device for determining concentration of oxygen has a primary converter, which is a magnetic system with operating and comparative sensitive elements connected in bridge circuit to two resistors connected to first input of power supply unit and measuring device. Device additionally comprises a second power supply unit, a microwave generator with a varactor frequency tuning and voltage amplifier, wherein output of primary converter through a voltage amplifier is connected to first input of microwave generator with a varactor frequency tuning, second input is connected to second power supply unit, output of microwave generator with varactor frequency tuning is connected to input of meter.

EFFECT: invention provides more accurate measurement of oxygen concentration due to increased stability of its measurement.
