FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of non-destructive measurement of pressure at a given level of horizontal concrete and masonry walls and foundations of buildings and structures at stage of their operation. On surface of wall or base is a glued strain gage at level of measured pressure along direction of main compressive stresses to measure initial ohmic resistance of resistive strain gauge. In wall or foundation above and below resistive strain gauge are drilled two holes with diameter 3…4 times exceeds width of resistive strain gauge, at distance in 3…4 times exceeds width of resistive strain gauge, depth 40…60 mm and mating ohmic resistance of resistive strain gauge. Relative deformation of wall or base and pressure at specified level of wall or base is determined using formulae. To monitor pressure on wall or each hole in foundation laying on two steel half cylinders of length equal to depth of holes with a diameter smaller than diameter of holes by 2…3 mm. Between steel semi-cylinders there is a steel wedge with length equal to depth of holes, and thickness of 1…3 mm from one side and 4…5 mm from other side. By driving steel wedges ohmic resistance strain gauge is adjusted to a value equal to initial ohmic resistance, then current value is fixed ohmic resistance strain gauges at any time and calculate change in ohmic resistance strain gauge, strain increment or foundation wall, and pressure on foundation or wall at any given time.
EFFECT: technical result is preservation of carrying capacity of walls and foundations; reduced concentration of stresses in walls and foundations; avoiding need to disturbance of electric circuit of resistance strain gauges; continuous monitoring of pressure on walls and foundations; remote control of measurements.
