FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used for navigation of mobile objects in real time mode. For this purpose, system of mobile object accurate navigation with use of ground infrastructure GLONASS, including satellites of global navigation systems (GLONASS, GPS, GALILEO), control station containing geo-information system, base station, mobile objects equipped with remote terminals on which telecommunication equipment is installed ensuring connection of the base station with mobile objects by means of broadband radio access, unit for processing combined information coming from base station and mobile object, virtual base station is used as base station; this virtual base station is generated by network software based on data from ground infrastructure GLONASS and located at a distance of 4 km 300 m from corresponding mobile object, remote terminal in system employs device for accurate navigation, created on the basis of single-frequency two-system code-phase chip receiving global navigation satellite system signals connected to small-sized nuclear standard of frequency, also includes regional models of ionosphere and troposphere, created in real time mode, generated by network software based on data from ground infrastructure GLONASS.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy and reliability of determining location of mobile objects in real time mode.
