FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method involves taking into account data from ionosondes on spacecraft, data from oblique-incidence sounders, ionosphere and troposphere models, calculating distribution fields of integral concentration of charged particles, the electron concentration profile in the ionosphere over a sounding station, the vertical profile of humidity and density of air in the troposphere over the sounding station. The system includes ground and onboard receiving antenna devices for receiving signals from navigation spacecraft GLONASS/GPS/Galileo, geostationary spacecraft and ionosphere and troposphere sounding spacecraft, ground and onboard navigation signal receivers.

EFFECT: high accuracy and reliability of determining ionosphere and troposphere parameters based on spacecraft signals.
