FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric radio measurements and can be used in designing of digital devices for measuring mean-square, half-period average and amplitude values of sinusoidal signals. Peculiar feature of device is determination of required parameter of sinusoidal voltage by measuring only its instantaneous value selected strictly at certain moment, which depends both on frequency of analysed voltage, and on measured parameter. Meter consists of pulse shaper, two generators of time intervals, OR element, analogue-to-digital converter and averaging unit.

EFFECT: technical result achieved when using invention consists in enabling of implementation of relatively simple digital devices with wide range of measured values.
