SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is a diagnosticum for indication of specific antibodies to F1 antigen of plague bacteria, which is a suspension composite particles, consisting of carbon label with size not exceeding 500 nm, enclosed in a polymer matrix, which is a graft copolymer of bovine serum albumin with capsular antigen F1, at component ratio, mg/ml: carbon label - 20-30, bovine serum albumin - 5-10, antigen F1 - 0.2-1.0; obtained particles composite stabilised in buffered saline pH 7.0-7.4 high-molecular polymers and nonionic detergents.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity of method for dot immunoassay due to stabilisation of antigen on surface of carbon label, which increases efficiency of analysis, which enables to detect specific antibodies in lower titres.
