SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wireless local messaging system. Wireless local messaging system comprises a transmitter and a receiver, said transmitter transmits a local message to a receiver, wherein receiver is a navigation receiver adapted for receiving and processing navigation messages from satellites of global satellite navigation system at a predetermined carrier frequency, each of satellites transmits navigation messages with individual to PRN-code of satellite, transmitter is configured to transmit a local message in signal a local message on predetermined carrier frequency with local PRN-code that is not used by satellite of global satellite navigation system, and receiver further configured to receive local PRN-code and processing local message signal.

EFFECT: providing centralised control of transmitters, which allows to shift complexity of hardware and software from multiple transmitters to central equipment.
