FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, namely to valves with pneumatic control, and is intended for start-up and shut-off of working medium in wide range of pressures, including under conditions of low temperatures. Valve comprises housing with inlet and outlet channels and groove. In housing there is a gate in contact with seat. Gate is made with internal grooves, at larger of which gate interacts with stepped bushing installed in housing. At outer diameter of stepped bushing there is a groove, in which there is a collar for sealing inlet and outlet cavities of valve. In groove of housing is installed piston with rod with end seal of piston, contacting with seat. Piston rod interacts with stepped bushing on inner groove in which there is a seal to seal inlet and outlet cavities of valve. Piston rod end interacts with a sleeve with rod fitted in gate, and rod bush interacts with internal groove in cover, installed in input of housing cavity.
EFFECT: use of said unit allows to reduce hydraulic resistance of valve, providing multiple operation at high working pressures at inlet, including under conditions of low temperatures, simplified design and reducing weight compared to prototype.
