FIELD: pipeline valves.
SUBSTANCE: there are two globe gates in the valve body. The first gate is represented with a rod provided with holes and sealing surface. The smaller diametre stage is located in front of the sealing surface and forms cavity together with the tubular part of a seat. The said cavity is connected with the other cavity being displaced in front of the bigger diametre stage through the corresponding holes in the bigger diametre stage. The bigger diametre stage is made tubular and in its lowermost position overlaps radial holes in the tubular part of the seat before the bottom head. The second gate is implemented in the form of staged plunger bushing with sealing surface. The plunger bushing covers the piston. The external stages of the staged plunger bushing are mated with stages made in the tubular part of the seat. The said seat is made tubular up to a sealing element and provided with a bottom head. Radial holes, which are identical in size and quantity, are available before and after sealing element along the medium flow in the tubular seat part. The globe gates ensure simultaneous opening or closing all radial holes in the seta or separate inlet and outlet channels.
EFFECT: improved reliability and extended lifetime of valve operation.
