FIELD: automatic control system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic control and can be used in systems for automatic control of dynamic non-stationary objects, mathematical model which can contain variable operators and/or parameters. Disclosed system is characterised by special-purpose generation of initial identification data. Procedure for generating such data is combined with procedure for generation and implementation of control actions according to concept of dual control. Disclosed system comprises two selectors, a unit for calculating parameters of object model, a control object, three comparator units, a coordinate controller, an operator controller, a control object model, three time scaling units, a switch, a unit for calculating time of applying control and an execution unit.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of functional capabilities of system, expressed in surgical estimation of parameters of an object, operating in a closed circuit, by including in identification circuit three time scaling units, a unit for calculating time of applying control, an execution unit and switch.
