FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to Raman scattering spectroscopy, and can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of gaseous media. Proposed device comprises laser operated in continuous mode, focusing lens, gas cell with trap for laser radiation and spherical mirror for collecting scattered light, holographic filter, spectral device which is interfaced with CCD array, control unit and PC.
EFFECT: high threshold sensitivity of device and reliability of gas analysis.
