FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment, in particular to devices which enable to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition of multicomponent gaseous media. Raman gas analyser with high spectral resolution comprises a semiconductor laser, a lens, a gas cell, two lenses, a light filter, a spectral device equipped with a multichannel photodetector. On the optical axis of the laser radiation, a Fabry-Perot standard and a flat mirror are additionally installed so that the laser radiation reflected from the mirror is directed along the optical axis inside the laser. Reflected radiation from the Fabry-Perot standard is not directed back into the laser, but inside the gas cell.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of gas analysis.
