SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a valve suitable for dispensing moisture reactive liquids comprising (a) valve cup (3) for tightly closing container, comprising a through opening, and a first annular fold (3C) of diameter, D, forming a groove in a first, inner surface (3_in) and a rib in a second, outer surface (3_out); (b) resilient grommet (2) extending on both sides of cup through cup opening, and (c) valve stem (1) comprising a hollow tubular portion (1A) defining central bore (1C), said valve stem snugly fitting in grommet central bore, and extending on both sides of grommet (2), with a first end opening to ambient and a second, opposite end being closed by a circular end base (1B) of diameter greater than diameter of bore of grommet (2), wherein upper surface of base (1B) is suitable for sealing against lower surface of grommet flange (2B); upper surface of flange portion (2B) of grommet mating geometry of first, inner surface (3_in) of cup (3) including portion (2C) of grommet mating groove formed by fold (3C).
