FIELD: gas cartridges.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cartridges for storing gases, and more specifically to disposable gas cartridges that can be loaded into a medical device or other tool to provide energy during use of a medical device or other tool, as well as methods for manufacture such cartridges. The cartridges contain a cylindrical body and a cap welded to the body to restrict a cavity filled with carbon dioxide or other fluid.
EFFECT: cartridges can be loaded into a medical device to provide a source of energy to control the device.
