FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plain thrust bearing, specifically to plain bearing from synthetic resin used as plain thrust bearing in post-type suspensions (McPherson suspension) for four-wheeled vehicle. Thrust bearing (1) has upper housing (100) from synthetic resin, lower housing (200) from synthetic resin and assembly (300) thrust bearing from synthetic resin placed between upper casing (100) and lower housing (200) and containing inner annular recessed groove (306) and outer annular recessed groove (307) concentrically to each other are made on upper surface (304) in direction along circumference from inside and outside in radial direction (X), wherein internal annular recessed groove (306) and external annular recessed groove (307) without any gap filled with lubricating oil, such as grease. Fraction of total surface area (308) at least two circular recesses of grooves (306, 307) on surfaces, which combine open surfaces (308) at least two circular recesses of grooves (306, 307) and surface of thrust bearing is 20-50 %.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of plain thrust bearing from synthetic resin, capable of providing lower friction coefficient by changing profile of grooves.
