FIELD: wireless communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication and can be used for separation of signals with symmetric spectra in conditions of their narrow-band interference suppression. In method of narrow-band interference compensation series amplified additive set of useful signal and noise is filtered in band signal is digitized and calculating complex Fourier spectrum from obtained time readings. Then module values of integrated Fourier spectrum is calculated and its components are divided into two parts relative to component corresponding to carrier wave frequency. Then two sequences are formed consisting of modules of spectral components, wherein component corresponding to carrier wave frequency does not include any of sequences. Then total values of modulus of spectral components of each of sequences is calculated and sequence is formed mirror to it from sequence with smaller total value. Spectrum of restored copy of useful signal is generated from selected sequence and its mirror copy. And resultant temporary copy of useful signal is obtained by inverse Fourier transformation.
EFFECT: technical result is expansion of its scope of application due to exclusion of procedure of forming spectrum of restored copy of useful signal by addition, subtraction and division operations with components of complex spectrum.
