FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for treating and preventing infectious-inflammatory complications of urinary organs in patients suffered homotopic transplantation of liver. That is ensured by examination: blood analysis, analysis of urine, urine analysis by Nechiporenko, kidneys ultrasonography. Then under sanatorium conditions oral administration of low-mineralized hydrocarbonate-chloride mineral water "Obukhovskaya" is prescribed directly from source. Water is taken heated to temperature 37 °C in amount of 3 ml per 1 kg of body weight 3 times a day 40 minutes before meals; by therapeutic course of 18 days. At that, at 2nd, 7th and 14th day control inspection is carried out in sanatorium.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of infectious-inflammatory complications of urinary organs in patients suffered homotopic transplantation of liver.
