After appearance of pronounced typical textures upon a slide it is important to carry out the preparation's examination. If one observe in the center of the drop insignificant quantity of small-sized thin dendrites, single double refraction hexagonal or rosette-like small crystals the absence of the disease should be stated upon. If one observe a great number of large spherodendrites with a growth center, a great number of double refraction hexagonal or rosette-like small-sized crystals and insignificant quantity of double refraction crystal of acicular form on a slide the presence of the disease should be stated upon. The innovation provides the chance to diagnose metabolic nephropathies in children at earlier stages and increases the significance for the control of the efficiency of the results of their treatment and the efficiency of diagnostics.
