FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises a body and elastic element from elastomer interacting with object. Casing is made as a sleeve resting on upper end of resilient element, and ring connecting by means of peripheral recess casing with base. Profile of lateral surfaces of elastomer is formed hyperbolic as a bar of equal resistance with a constant stiffness in axial and transversal directions. Gauze damper base is composed by plate with mounting holes. Mesh elastic element is fixed lower washer connected to base. Top pressure plate is connected with central piston male sleeve rigidly attached to base. Between lower end of piston and bottom sleeve there is a polyurethane elastomer and crumbs from sintered friction material based on copper. Dimensions of fractions crumb are larger than clearance between piston and sleeve. Between upper pressure washer and sleeve for attachment of upper part of vibration isolator there are three intermediate damping layers.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode, simplified design and assembly.
