FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator comprizes casing and five parallel flexible elements arranged between top cover and base. Each resilient element contains spring element and bushing out of volume cross-linked texture, installed in the spring element. Spring element is connected with upper and lower pressure washers, a flexible mesh element is located between them. Attachment of flexible elements to the cover and base is carried out by means of screws, mounted on the top and bottom pressure washers. To secure base to the platform five installation holes are provided. Lid and base are made round. On the lid the plastic enclosure is secured. Inside the resilient mesh element a central rod is located. Rod is made out of cast polyurethane and has height similar to height of the resilient elements. Between the external surface of the rod and internal surface of the mesh resilient element there is additional rubber damper of the same height.
EFFECT: improved efficiency in resonant mode of vibration isolation.
