FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Unit of elastic elements contains a frame as a base and an upper platform for installation of vibration isolated object. External package of cushion springs is fastened to the upper platform by means of fastening elements. Frame base is used for arranging of stroke limiters of cushion springs of the external package. Unit of elastic elements consists of three packages of cushion springs of various height and various angle of inclination. Frame axle is rigidly connected to the upper platform. Packages of cushion springs are fixed on the frame axle through the spacer rings. At the centre of the lower base baffle plate and buffer for damping of impacts are installed. Lower base in place of contact with free ends of external package of cushion springs is coated with a frictional material. Each of packages contains three cushion springs of identical height and angle of inclination located with respect to each other at an angle 120°. Spacer rings are made from vibration damping material, for example polyurethane. Baffle plate and buffer are made in form of springs, turns of which are coated with vibration damping material, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation.
