SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, specifically to devices for isolation of troublesome zone of well bore during drilling. Device for lowering and installation of profile shutter in well includes a shaped shutter with cylindrical sections and threaded joints, installed on lower end of shutter shoe with check valve and fishing head on top, expanding head composed of several sections arranged one above another with diameter decreasing towards working surfaces of shutter, and contains top connection to pipe string, locking mechanism tightly connected to upper end of shutter with catcher below tool extractor shoe upper and lower ends of profile shutter are made in form of longitudinal corrugated pipe with five and more beams, locking mechanism above shutter is equipped with a special mandrel, end of conical surface of which is designed to interact with inner core, installed in cylindrical part of shutter. Conical surface of a special mandrel is smooth, inner mandrel is made up of top and bottom expanders, and expanding head is provided with hollow cylindrical rod with side hole, connected at bottom with lower expander, and from above - equipped with a stop, special mandrel and top reamer are installed on cylindrical rod with possibility of restricted upward movement to stop against overpressure inside shutter, wherein top reamer is tightly installed in cylindrical part of shutter, is equipped with a lock fixing on cylindrical rod of push-down, and lateral through channel made with possibility of interaction with side hole of cylindrical rod in upper extreme position, upper top expander is equipped with conical surface with apex angle which enables expansion of end of shutter after distribution of excess pressure of shaped tubes of shutter.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability.
