FIELD: navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for navigating based on Satellite Radio Navigation Systems (SRNS) and can be used to identify parameters of navigation satellites and improve accuracy of determining coordinates of a navigation receiver. Result is achieved due to that in a group of two navigation satellites in line of sight, method includes performing simultaneous transmission of navigation messages from each satellite to each, and reception thereof by each satellite from each, determining inter-satellite pseudoranges, and transfer thereof to another satellite followed by decision on each satellite system of two linear algebraic equations, in which is determined true distance between satellites and accuracy of mutual synchronisation of clocks, after which mutual synchronisation error of satellite clock transmitted to navigation messages and compensated in navigation receiver in determining orthodromic coordinate navigation receiver based on solution of algebraic equations of fourth degree, formed from difference between measured pseudorange of object between two satellites and orthodromic trajectory parameters of object.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is high accuracy of locating a navigation receiver due to elimination of errors of mutual synchronisation of clocks of navigation satellites and navigation receiver.
