FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit, in particular an excavator or material reloader, with an element actuated by means of at least one working actuator, which has at least one cylinder for energy recovery. Actuation of working actuator is dependent on a certain gas temperature. Maximum force of working actuator is controlled depending on temperature signal supplied by said system. Method of controlling unit includes direct or indirect determination of gas temperature in a chamber filled with said gas. Actuation of working actuator carried out depending on said directly or indirectly determined gas temperature and maximum force of working actuator is controlled depending on temperature signal applied at said determination of gas temperature. Unit includes a cylinder for energy recovery and/or a controller for working actuator of unit.
EFFECT: unit comprises a system for directly or indirectly determining temperature of gas in a chamber filled with gas.
