SUBSTANCE: installation contains at least two hydraulic cylinders 2, 3, on the rods of which a traverse 33 and a pump rod 34 are fixed, an oil station 42, including a pump, end position sensors, a safety valve, a check valve, at least one hydraulic switch, a tank, a working level sensor fluids, filters, oil cooler, control unit, and control station. Traverse 33 is equipped with a transverse stabilizer 32. The oil station 42 contains a proportional throttle valve, a temperature sensor, a heating element that heats the working fluid to a temperature balance at low temperatures, working fluid pressure sensors, a flow meter installed on the pump discharge line between the pump and the hydraulic switch.

EFFECT: increasing the technical and operational characteristics of the device, as well as balancing the hydraulic drive of the rod pump.
