Meter comprises swept frequency generator (SFG) 1, measured object (MO) 2, amplitude detector (AD) 3, divider (Dl) 4, reference signal generator (RSG) 5, indicator (ID) 6, frequency-to-voltage converter (FVC) 7, first differentiator (FG) 8, comparator (CU) 9, matching unit (MU) 10, scaling amplifier (SA) 14, amplitude selector (AS) 15, first time selector (FTS) 16, first decade counter (FDC) 17, and second decoder (SD) 18. Reference signal generator (RSG) 5 comprises frequency-to-number converter (FNC) 11, first decoder (FD) 12, storing and sampling unit (SSU) 13. Meter further includes a second differentiator (SDF) 19, first trigger (FT) 20, inverter (IV) 21, counting pulses generator (CPG) 22, second trigger (ST) 23, second time selector (STS) 24, coincidence circuit (CC) 25, vernier pulses generator (VPG) 26, second decade counter (SDC) 27, third decoder (TD) 28.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of digital measurement bandwidth amplitude-frequency characteristics.
