FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of radiation-synthesized compound based on fluorocarbon polymer and is intended for creation of homogeneous in volume of compositions with improved viscoelastic properties, having high processability and heat resistance without linkages with homogeneous smooth surface of granules and capable to be processed into thin-walled insulation of wires. Radiation cross-linkable composition based on fluorocarbon polymer is produced as follows. In the cross-linking agent, represented by three-allyl ether of isocyanuric acid TAIC, and inhibitor is introduced. Inhibitor used is preferably hydroquinone or its derivatives with weight ratio of cross-linking agent and an inhibitor ranges from 100:0.1 to 100:0.5. One performs dilution of inhibitor in cross-linking agent. After that filler is introduced represented by metal dioxide. One mixes components. Then obtained suspension is introduced into granules of fluorocarbon polymer F-40AM-copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene. In addition, granules of fluorocarbon polymer are added with modified fluoroelastomer and fluorocarbon oil in weight ratio of 1:5 to 5:1. Components are mixed. Obtained composition is subjected to extrusion and granulation.
EFFECT: invention provides improved viscoelastic properties, high wear resistance and strength.
