SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in hydro acoustics in target acquisition, homing and telemetry in underwater apparatuses. Method of pseudo noise signal decoding is based on sampling of recieved signal by transients via zero, conversion into binary code and comparison with one of standardised bio-orthogonal sequences by integration and summation. Binary code undergoes rearrangement according to irreducible polynomials over Galois field GF(2), using fast Walsh transformation by Pontryagin maximum by threshold level is number of one of bio-orthogonal sequences is obtained. Then, using reverse switching corresponding to polynomial over Galois field desired code is determined.

EFFECT: high noise immunity of pseudo noise signal decoding.
