FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital data processing and can be used for noiseless data coding with variable correcting capacity in various systems of transmission or reception, as well as storage. Device includes an array of “AND” elements, a circuit of series-connected first-order IIR filters and a circuit of the first order series-connected FIR filters.
EFFECT: technical result is assurance of coding Reed-Solomon codes for various characteristics, providing adjustment of correcting capacity depending on a purpose, higher efficiency and speed of operation.
