FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assemblies of rolling bearings and, in particular, to design of separator, guide elements for assembly of rolling bearing, wherein structure is adapted to feed grease from internal distance ring to separator. Assembly of rolling bearing includes inner ring (2) with surface (2a) raceways on its outer periphery, internal spacer ring (3), which is in contact with end side of ring (2) and rotates together with it, external ring (4) with surface (4a) raceways on its internal periphery, certain number of rolling elements (6), located between surface (2a) and surface (4a), and separator (8) between ring (2) and ring (4) and having certain number of pockets (10) for arrangement of rolling elements (6) using centrifugal force to feed grease from ring (3) to separator (8). Radial channels passing from side of inner diameter to side of outer diameter of the separator (8), are arranged between sections of pocket wall inner surface, facing each other in axial direction of separator (8), and element rolling (6) for use as radial channels of grease lubricant tank, as well as grease lubricant channel to allow sticking of consistent lubricant to element (6) and its movement on surface (4a). Radial channels are made of arc-shaped spaces between rolling element (6) and sections of pocket wall inner surface and segment-like spaces between rolling element (6) and arc-like recesses in four corners of pocket.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of rolling bearing assembly with separator, guide rolling elements, which design facilitates supply of consistent lubricant coming from internal distance ring to surface of outer ring roller path.
