SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in universal time systems, ground-based radio navigation systems, spatially distributed monitoring and control systems when solving tasks associated with synchronisation of frequencies and time scales of remote stations, e.g. GLONASS control system points. System comprises N navigation spacecrafts of satellite radio navigation systems, synchronisation device, navigation signal reception and transform unit, unit of combined measurement of code and phase pseudo-ranges, tropospheric and ionosphere errors correction unit, frequency and time measurement unit, averaging unit, corrections for transmitting and receiving unit, reference generator and time scale generator.
EFFECT: possibility of remote synchronisation of any point in automatic continuous mode with minimal error.
