FIELD: radio engineering, solving of problems related to synchronization of time scales of points separated by space. SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes subsystem of spacecraft of satellite radio navigation system and N points separated by space. Each point has reference generator, former of time scale and synchronization aid coupled to it. Each synchronization aid is linked through navigation radio channel to subsystem of spacecraft of satellite radio navigation system and has unit communicating with synchronization aids of other points. Each synchronization aid is inserted with reception meter of satellite radio navigation system, control unit, storage, correction extrapolation unit, correction comparison unit, unit testing quality of synchronization, unit averaging coordinates, unit averaging ensemble of corrections, unit smoothing time corrections and unit comparing them with reference values. Each synchronization aid receives signals of navigation radio channel and channel communicating with other synchronization aids and forms system corrections, relative corrections and character of quality of time corrections across its outputs. System provides for increased accuracy of determination and timely check of quality of system and relative corrections to local time scale of each of N points in absence of exact knowledge of coordinates of these points.
