FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antistatic coating for rubber-fabric protective materials. Antistatic coating contains rubber mixture and conductive particles. Rubber mixture contains chlorine-containing rubber, filler, curing agents, anti-pyrenes, plasticiser. As conductive particles coating contains conducting pigment “Minatec 51CM”. Conducting pigment “Minatec 51CM” consists of mica plates with particle size from 10 to 60 mcm, coated with tin oxide, in spatial grid of which is built-in antimony oxide. Ratio of rubber mixture and pigment is 1 : (1.0-1.2). As dielectric substrate used is rubber-textile protective material. Antistatic coating is applied on surface of rubber-textile protective material on line of rubber coating application.
EFFECT: antistatic coating rubber-textile protective material provides electrical conductivity and antistatic effect, not degrading its protective properties to open fire and toxic chemicals.
