SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel heating devices for vehicles. Heat exchanger includes housing (12) with section (14) of wall along periphery, elongated along lengthwise axis (L), in form of bowl, and in end section (18) of wall section (14) along periphery with section (16) of wall bottom. In housing (12) of heat exchanger is occupied flow cavity (30) for heat transfer medium with occupied flow cavity (32) on periphery. Flow area on periphery of cavity is connected to occupied flow cavity (34) on bottom. Housing (12) of heat exchanger comprises first element (36) of housing and connected to it, covering occupied flow cavity (30), second element (38) of housing. First housing element comprises outer wall (40) on periphery, inner wall (42) along edges of adjacent in end section to inner wall along periphery of inner wall (46) of bottom, and second housing element comprises outer wall (62) of bottom connected or connected in end section with outer wall (40) in circumferential direction on periphery of first element (36) of housing
EFFECT: simplified design of heat exchanger.
