FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to repair, recovery or erection of aseismic buildings and structures. This is achieved by fact, that in aseismic building, containing anti-vibration foundation, horizontal and vertical bearing structures with vibration insulation system, inner partition walls, building roof, as well as door and window openings with reinforcement, basic bearing ceiling slabs are equipped with a damping system at their attachment to the building bearing walls, consisting of horizontal vibration isolators, receiving vertical static and dynamic loads, as well as vertical vibration isolators, receiving horizontal static and dynamic loads, floor is made on elastic base and includes mounting plate, made of concrete materia reinforced by vibration damping, which is installed on base plate of inter-floor slab with cavities through the layers of vibration damping material and waterproofing material with clearance relative to bearing walls of production room, wherein cavities of base plate are filled with vibration damping material, for example foamed polymer, and each of vibration isolators is beaded, mesh and comprises a base, elastic mesh elements, interacting with the base, base is located in the middle part of the vibration isolator and is designed as a plate with fastening holes, and mesh elastic elements, top with upper pressure washer and bottom, with lower pressure washer, are rigidly connected to the base by means of support rings, in the upper mesh elastic element, in the centre, the dry friction damper is located axisymmetrically, dry friction damper is made in the form of upper pressure washer, rigidly connected to the central ring, enclosed by the coaxial ring, rigidly connected to the base, the density of the mesh structure of the resilient mesh elements is within the optimal range of 1.2 g/cm3÷2.0 g/cm3, wire material of elastic mesh elements is steel EI-708, and its diameter is within optimal range of values from 0.09 mm÷0.15 mm, density of the meshy structure of the external layers of the mesh element by 1.5 times exceeds the density of the meshy structure of their internal layers of the elastic mesh element, elastic mesh elements are combined from a mesh frame, filled with elastomer, for example polyurethane, in the lower mesh elastic element, in the centre, dry friction damper is located axisymmetrically, dry friction damper is made in the form of lower pressure washer, rigidly connected to the central ring, enclosed by the coaxial ring, rigidly connected with the base.

EFFECT: technical result is enhanced buildings or structures, reducing their vulnerability under action of wind loads and earthquakes, improvement of seismic safety, durability and residual life.
