SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plumbing. Toilet bowl comprises housing (1) of toilet bowl and tank (2) for water, located on watertight housing (1). Toilet bowl housing is equipped with chamber (11) for flushing water chamber (11) is connected with tank (2) for water, and tank is equipped with button (21). Discharge pipe (111) of chamber (11) for flush water is connected to external sewage pipe through a water-saving device comprising a casing, flexible branch pipe (4) and valve assembly, which controls closing and opening of flexible branch pipe (4). Valve assembly is connected with said button. Flexible pipe (4) is located in casing in inclined position, one end of flexible branch pipe (4) is connected to outlet pipe (111), while other end is connected to external sewage pipe. Valve comprises rotary element (51), rotating shaft (52) and first clamping element (53). Rotating shaft (52) located on housing, rotor (51) rotatably located on rotating shaft (52), said first pressing member (53) is located at front end of pivot member (51). First pressing member (53) presses flexible tube (4) for opening and closing the flexible tube (4) by turning rotary member (51).

EFFECT: providing a simple construction toilet, improving water use ratio.
