WATER CLOSET PAN Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: sanitary equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to funnel0type whirlpool water closet pans designed for wide application in toilet rooms of public and industrial buildings and residential houses. Proposed water closet pan contains water inlet branch pipe, water distributor made in form of two hoses concealed in closet pan shelf, intake bowl in form of funnel whose lower part forms intake channel to which siphon with discharge branch pipe is connected. Water distributor is furnished with additional third hose, being central one, two other hoses being arranged symmetrically at two sides of central hose made in parallel with horizontal axis of water closet pan. Ratio of sections of right-hand, central and left-hand hoses is 0.7: 0.4: 1. Intake channel is circle in section. Siphon consists of two elbows with hydraulic back-pressure valve, 60 mm in height. Siphon is connected with discharge branch pipe located in rear wall of water closet pan at angle of 60^o to its vertical axis. EFFECT: increased whirlpool effect owing to design peculiarities of water distributor, improved quality of flushing, no splashes in use. 2 dwg
