SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Composition for seed pre-sowing treatment includes growth regulator-ethyl ether of 2-hydroxy-2-(4-methylaminophenyl)-3,3,3-triflourpropionic acid and/or its salt, fungicides-tebuconazole (TBA) and tetramethylthiuramdisulfide (TMTD), cellulose derivative, antidote-naphtale anhydride, additives and water in following proportions (wt%): fungicide TMTD 19.0-20.0; fungicide TBA 1.0-1.25; naphtale anhydride 1.0-5.0; growth regulator 0.0001-0.1, cellulose derivative 0.5-1.0; excipients 13.0-26.0; demineralised water is balance.
EFFECT: invention increases capacity of seeds.
