FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology and ophthalmosurgery, and is intended for producing a solution for treating and preventing diseases and injuries. To obtain a sterile chondroitin sulphate solution and hydroxyethyl cellulose is dissolved in balanced saline, brought to boiling point. Method includes stirring, settling and sterilising in autoclave at 120 °C. Simultaneously with hydroxyethyl cellulose adding hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, wherein they are sterilised by thermal shock at 120-280 °C for 3-30 minutes. Solution is stirred for 1 hour and settled for 12 hours. Obtained solution contains, g/100.0 ml: chondroitin sulphate - 0.02-4.0; hydroxyethyl cellulose - 0.15-1.0; hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose - 0.15-1.0; balanced salt solution - up to 100.0.
EFFECT: group of inventions improves cohesion, reparative, protective, decongestants and anti-inflammatory properties of obtained solution.
