FIELD: safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and systems and can be used for real-time monitoring of location and state of movable and stationary objects and, if necessary, to ensure timely optimal response and relief. System for tracking and safety of objects comprises user equipment, workstations for duty operators, mobile workstations for operators, a coordination centre, an information processing and storage unit, statistical evaluation unit, unit for evaluating current situation. Coordination centre is configured to control actions of each duty operator workstation, statistical evaluation unit is configured to predict likelihood of a emergency situation, and unit for evaluation of current situation is configured to assess weather and road conditions in real time. Mobile workstations of operators are remotely connected with each duty operator workstation and are configured to respond in real time via a signal from corresponding duty operator workstation.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of time for issuing commands for departure of emergency services and departure time thereof.
